Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business day. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to our support team within 4 days for assistance.
