Refund policy
Our Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Return Eligibility: We accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 2 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
Incorrect or Missing Items: Report within 2 days of delivery.
Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within 8 business days past the estimated delivery window (US) or 16 business days (international), contact us for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and logistical reasons, we do not accept returns for:
1.Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
2.Opened or used personal care products
3.Customized or personalized items
4.Final sale or clearance items
Return Process
Contact our support team at aberve001@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 2 days.
If approved, we will issue a replacement shipped immediately or a full refund to your original payment method.
For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return label. Items must be returned within 6 days of approval.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–12 business days after we receive the returned item or approve your refund request. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Note: In case of dispute, the decision of Aberve will be final.
